If you wish to cancel your subscription, please keep in mind that you can pause your subscription before canceling. You can check all the information on how to pause your subscription here.

How you can cancel your current subscription depends on the platform where you subscribed.

Check where you subscribed by doing the following steps:

  • Go to www.fanatiz.com
  • Log in to your account (on a computer click on 'Login' in the top right corner, on a smartphone tap the three bars on the left corner, then tap "Login")
  • Go to your profile (on a computer click on "Profile" in the top right corner, on a smartphone tap the three bars on the left corner again, then tap "Profile")
  • In the "Payment Information" section under "Payment Method" you should be able to see where you subscribed matching the information of the following table

Google Play Store Android App

 

  • Go to www.fanatiz.com
  • Log in to your account (on a computer click on "Login" in the top right corner, on a smartphone tap the three bars on the left corner then tap "Login")
  • Go to your profile (on a computer click on "Profile" in the top right corner, on a smartphone tap the three bars on the left corner then tap "Profile")
  • Click or tap on "Cancel Subscription" in the top right corner

  • Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  • Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID
  • Tap "Subscriptions"
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Fanatiz)
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"

  • Open Google Play Store Google Play
  • Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions (On newer versions of Android, Tap Menuand then Subscriptions)
  • Find the subscription you want to cancel (Fanatiz)
  • Tap "Cancel" 

  • On the Roku home screen, browse for and highlight the Fanatiz app
  • Then press the * button on your remote control
  • Select "Manage Subscription" from the options menu
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" from the next screen
